Né à Lugano en 1950, Matteo Bellinelli a étudié le cinéma à Sacramento et la philosophie à Paris. Il travaille à la TSI depuis 1974, tout en réalisant des films documentaires et de fiction.

Born in Lugano in 1950, Matteo Bellinelli studied film at Sacramento and philosophy in Paris. He works for the TSI (Swiss Italian Television) since 1974 and directs his own documentaries and dramas.
